Pastor T. L. Garner Jr. serves as the Senior Pastor of Second Missionary Baptist Church in Mexico, Missouri, where he provides spiritual leadership through weekly worship, Bible study, and community engagement.

In August 2026, he was appointed 3rd Vice President of the Missionary Baptist State Convention of Missouri, expanding his leadership and service within the Baptist community.
