Pastor Keinan M. Ross is the proud Interim Pastor of First Missionary Baptist Church, where he faithfully leads with a heart to exalt the Savior, evangelize the sinner, and equip the saints for the work of ministry. In this season of transitional leadership, he brings energy, vision, and a deep commitment to spiritual excellence, pastoral care, and church revitalization.

He credits much of his ministerial foundation and leadership development to his spiritual father, Dr. John S. Jones, Pastor of Highland Missionary Baptist Church. Under Dr. Jones’s mentorship, Pastor Ross served in multiple leadership roles—including Church Administrator, Youth Pastor, and Ministerial Assistant to the Pastor—which shaped his dedication to servant leadership, administrative excellence, and multigenerational ministry.

A dedicated servant-leader, Pastor Ross is actively involved in both the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. and the Progressive National Baptist Convention, where he holds positions at the district, state, and national levels. Through these roles, he now has the esteemed opportunity to represent First Missionary Baptist Church across all three levels of the National Baptist Convention, USA—an honor that highlights both his leadership and the church’s expanding impact.

Pastor Ross is passionate about developing churches, empowering leaders, and building dynamic ministries that reflect biblical integrity, spiritual authenticity, and community transformation. His ministry is marked by a strong preaching anointing, organizational strategy, and a commitment to excellence that strengthens the local church while engaging the global body of Christ
