Missionary Baptist State Convention of Missouri

Pastor Maurice McDaniel was born and raised in the City of St. Louis and is a product of the St. Louis Public School system. He graduated from Soldan High School, were he participated in choir and Student Government. He joined the Mt. Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in St. Louis at the age of five, under the leadership of Pastor Steve Wooten. Pastor McDaniel was a continually active member, participating in Sunday School, Youth Ministry, Youth choir, Media Ministry, and the Jr. Laymen Ministry. As he matured in his Christian walk, he became a leader in those Ministries. Pastor McDaniel accepted his call to preach at the age of fourteen and was later ordained in May of 2015. In September 2014 he married Jasmine McDaniel, they have two handsome boys, Maurice Jr., and Jeremiah. Pastor McDaniel was called to pastor his home church in January 2020. He is currently a student at the Anchor Theological Seminary
