Greetings Delegates, Once again, we are preparing to unite for our Convention’s 4th Annual Joint Session. The session will be held July 5-10, 2026, in Columbia, Missouri. This year, the Parkade Baptist Church, located at 2101 North Garth Ave, Columbia, MO.., has graciously volunteered to allow us the use of their spacious facilities. The Courtyard by Marriott Columbia, located at 3301 LeMone Industrial Blvd., Columbia, MO 65201 is the host hotel, and they are looking forward to hosting this great Convention. The discount room rate is $109.00, and the link will close on June 5, 2026. Co-Host Moderators are Rev. Ron Tooley of the Central District and Rev. Anthony Woods of Mt. Carmel District. The schedule for the week will prove to challenge and lift your spirit through the speakers, teachers, preachers, the addresses of the auxiliary presidents, the President’s Scholarship Banquet, music from the youth department, and from the music ministry. Sponsorship Opportunity – Missionary Baptist State Convention of Missouri
The Missionary Baptist State Convention of Missouri will host its Annual Convention July 5–10, 2026, in Columbia, Missouri, sponsored by the Mt. Carmel District Association. We are currently seeking sponsors and supporters for this impactful event.
This convention will bring together representatives from more than 100 churches across Missouri, providing a wonderful opportunity for visibility, networking, and community engagement.
Our Sponsorship Package is available for contributions of $1,000 or more and includes:
- A vendor booth during the convention
- An advertisement in the official souvenir booklet
- Recognition as a convention sponsor
If sponsorship is not the best fit, there are additional ways to support:
- Full-page souvenir booklet advertisement – $150
- Vendor booth – $200
If you are a Church / District Association / Auxiliary, you may purchase a full page ad for $50.00
We also invite you to support or attend our Educational Banquet:
- Individual ticket – $50
- Reserved table – $400

If you want to receive Auxiliary specific emails AND NOT those sent convention wide, please drop us a line and we can delete you from the master list.
(added 12/31/2023) We have created a new list called "Prayer Partners" and a new tab called "Prayer". When a prayer request is submitted and approved, it will appear under the "Prayer" tab AND it will be emailed to anyone who signs up for the "Prayer Partners" email list. (currently, signing up for this list WILL NOT add you to the Convention-Wide list to allow current members to add this list without being duplicated on the main list)
(added 05/20/2024) There is a new list, "CLS Instructors", who's intended purpose is to help keep instructors abreast of changes to requirements or procedures that may take place and to provide a place to share reminders about policies and procedures. If you teach in a Congress in Missouri, please join this list!
