We are looking forward to a very spirit-filled gathering as we meet for the MBSCM in Springfield, Missouri, March 11-13, 2024.
President Bowie and Staff have planned a full agenda that, we pray, will be informative and fulfilling.
The host hotel is The Oasis Hotel and Convention Center located at 2546 N Glenstone, Springfield, MO, 65803. Check-in time is 4:00p and check-out time is 11:00a. Make your room reservation online at oasishotelconvcenter.guestreservations.com or by calling (417) 866-5253. The convention rate is $111.00 per night plus taxes. Make your reservation by February 23rd to receive this rate. Remember to use code 85720 or MBSCM. After February 23rd, regular rates will apply.
Our host church is Washington Avenue Baptist Church, located at 1722 N. National Avenue, Springfield, MO 65803 where Reverend Terrence Tate is the host pastor.

Registration opens at 12:00p at the church until 3:00p and registration reopens at 5:00p.
Officers meeting with President Bowie at 1:00p. Congress of Christian Education Board Meeting at 2:00p. Conventional Informational Meeting at 3:30p. Welcome Musical Program hosted by Rev. Tate and Moderator Rufus Kelly of the Southwest District.

Assessments can now be paid in two or three payments - December's Winter Board Meeting, March's Spring Board Meeting, and the balance at the 2nd Annual Joint Session in July 2024. We desire that every church can participate in and support the Convention.
