Winter Evaluation and Planning Session
Dear Pastors, Ministers, and Member Churches.
The Winter Evaluation and Planning Session of the Missionary Baptist State Convention of Missouri is upon us.
It will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023, at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 1707 Smiley Lane in Columbia, Missouri 65202, where Rev. Anthony Woods is the Host Pastor.
Saturday, December 2, 2023:
- 8:30a – 10:00a Congress of Christian Education Planning Meeting
- 10:00a – 11:00a Auxiliary & Department Planning Meetings. This includes but is not limited to Congress of Christian Education, CUT, Laymen, Ministers, Ministers Wives & Widows, Moderators, Music, Ushers, WMU
- 11:00a – 12:00noon Parent Body State Convention Evaluation/Planning Meeting
Assessments can be paid in person or may be mailed to:
Assessments can now be paid in two or three payments - December's Winter Board Meeting, March's Spring Board Meeting, and the balance at the 2nd Annual Joint Session in July 2024. Our desire is that every church can participate and support the Convention. *If paying your annual assessment in 3 payments, please follow the schedule listed above.

Masks are not mandatory but strongly recommended since cases of Covid-19 are on the rise in our state.
